Tehnoelast Terra EMF is a material developed for the construction of a single-layer waterproofing layer in the foundations. The top layer is covered with fine-grained sand in order to protect the bitumen from the effects of Ultraviolet during construction. Also, sand in this case performs the function of protection against heating, and also significantly reduces the fire hazard class of the material.
In addition to the waterproofing of foundations in one layer, the regulations for the use of this material also imply the installation of waterproofing layers in underground and buried co-ordinations, it can be used in the construction of tunnels in open pit, construction of stylobates, underground and open parking.
