Description
Hydrostick Aquastop (Aqua Barrier) DV-500/50 (PVC) – the widest key (in the line of Aquastop DV) deformation internal of PVC, is used to seal expansion joints in the construction of buried and underground structures, 500 (mm) – the total width of the waterproofing key, 50 (mm) width of the sealed strain joint, filled with expanded polystyrene. This hydrostar is used for the construction of structures with increased strength, is made to order from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the volume.
The waterstop DV-500/50 is made of PVC, which makes it possible to provide a more durable weld that withstands greater water pressure and provides rigidity of the structure, but reduces the temperature range of application.
Mounting of waterproofing keys made on the basis of PVC is carried out with the help of special equipment, either “Tops for welding water-sticks”, or a conventional hand-held hot air device, used, as a rule, for welding PVC membranes.
